We combine our process flow methodology with a wealth of experience and know-how to help you develop towards your optimum Career Capital. We assign a mentoring coach whose invaluable insight will work one-on-one with you. This highly personalised approach focuses on you as an individual.

Our objective is to help you assess how to structure your career, which graduate level programmes to apply for, whether you should change employer, industry, and career or even resume your studies. Whatever the reason, building a progressive, dynamic career is an active process, one that can only be driven by you. In all cases Alexander Partners will take you through the following process:

  1. Initial Assessment; to identify and discuss your challenges and career path thus far.
  2. Career Capital Assessment; a detailed assessment of the knowledge, skills and personality traits that you bring with you as a candidate.
  3. Goal Setting; to help you increase your Career Capital we define specific and achievable goals, setting clear milestones.
  4. Implementation; working one-on-one with one of our mentoring coach, we begin building towards your success.
