Applemore Technology College (Southampton, UK)
Supported the growth of Applemore School to technology college status; writing teaching material for the younger children, writing government proposals, attracting industrial sponsorship, performing market research and developing strategies to increase student numbers.

Cathedral of Hope (Canada)
Developed a bespoke set of learning and teaching material focussed on bridging identified gaps in key skills.

City Technology College Trust – CTC Trust (London, UK)
Commissioned by the government body to perform a detailed UK wide survey to identify and evaluate the strategies used by multinationals to develop and strengthen academic ties.

Esso (UK) Ltd
Developed and delivered bespoke student self-learning material for Esso sponsored schools and colleges. 

Harrow Education Authority (London)
Commissioned to provide annual educational support to groups of young people (13 -16 years) whom have not been able to cope in mainstream education. This involved creating appropriate learning settings and developing more suitable learning materials (workbooks and textbooks).

Local Authority Economic Development Programme (UK)
Commissioned by Liverpool, Birmingham, Harrow (London), and Stratford (London) City Challenge Economic Development Programmes to audit and develop the management talent within SME’s (Small and Medium Sized Companies).   

The Amy Jacques Garvey Institute (USA)
Commissioned to develop a series of numeracy, literacy, and reasoning booklets that can be used to provide educational support to target youths.

British Salt
The range of projects included: Modelling the attrition of salt during processing – developing a predictive software; Improving the harness of granulate flakes; Determine bulk material attrition characteristics for a range of salt products and using the data to develop more appropriate processing handling processes and procedures; Assessment of business opportunities for the client to venture into waste management, landfill.

British Sugar plc
Commissioned to assess road tanker loading and off-loading logistics in line with the road time directive and collect the findings in a predictive computer-based programme.

Commissioned to perform market intelligence to determine the overall perception of DHL across the British Isles. Using this information to identify negative customer perceptions and strategies to effect a shift.

Iran Trade Visit
Supported Iranian companies to develop UK business partners and attract foreign investment. This involved assessing and developing the range of talent within Iranian companies and supporting them to become more competitive in Western markets.  

Salt Union Ltd
This project involved optimising the operational effectiveness of the roll compaction plant to reduce wastage and downtime whilst increasing overall quality. The result was a decrease in costs associated with the need for excessive recycling and retreating of poor quality product.

The Holloway Group Ltd
Supported the Managing Director and team to develop a business plan for inorganic growth. This included performing due diligence (financial, operational, managerial) on the target business, attracting venture capital investment, and developing an implementation plan.

Wirral Hospital Trust
Conducted an internal audit and performed external benchmarking of the facilities directorate. The project focused was to: Streamline the organisational structure; Assess the external competitiveness (benchmark); Identify real organisational opportunities for improvement and financial savings and so improve quality.
