| £150We help you get employed. We help you build a plan for the future you deserve. This graduate seminar will put you on the right path, improve your soft skills, and develop your career capital. The morning includes company presentations and Q&A.
You’ll learn:
- What employers are looking for in graduates.
- What does your personal brand say about you and the association with Career Capital. We will define personal brand and Career Capital, giving examples, and why they are so important.
- C.S.M. (Competency, Skills and Motivation) – the baseline for everything. This includes writing quality CVs, and answering on-line and interview questions.
- Psychometrics – this is of growing importance in the selection process.
